Support the Garden – Donate Today!

With our new Coit Family Visitor and Education Center and parking lot now complete and in the rear-view mirror, RBG is pivoting its focus to the many pressing needs in the Garden itself. Much progress has already been made this year, but there is still some important work that needs to be done. Today, we are asking for your help to continue building on Ruth’s vision for the Garden with a gift to our Golden Barrel Annual Fund.

Current specific projects which the Golden Barrel will help fund:

  • Completion of pathways renovation. This is a multi-year project to refurbish the 25,000 square feet of meandering pathways in the garden with over 30 tons of specially colored and sized gravel and decomposed granite.
  • Execution of tree care and succession plan.
  • Begin planning and fundraising for the rebuild of the Folly complex-the gazebo and twin shade-houses.
  • Creation of a small gathering area southeast corner of the garden, along with mounding and re-planting the adjacent bed to provide a much-needed space for children and adult education.

We will re-build and re-plant to meet these challenges, but we need help from all of you to accomplish this.
