Bring your dream event to life! The Garden provides the perfect setting for weddings, baby showers, birthday and anniversary celebrations, corporate events, and more. Ruth’s amazing collection of succulents and drought tolerant plants provide the perfect backdrop to make your special occasion one you’ll never forget.

The Garden offers a unique, intimate venue of amazing landscapes and distinctive spaces and is available for non-commercial use by individuals, businesses, corporations and nonprofit organizations with 501(c)3 status. Gatherings are held in several areas in the Garden depending on the size and type of event. Only one special event is scheduled at any one time in The Ruth Bancroft Garden.

Now booking private events for 2019 and beyond! The new Visitor & Education Center will be complete by June of 2019. The new building will be a much needed addition to the Garden and is available to rent for private events. The new building will provide a rustic and beautiful space for wedding ceremonies and receptions. It will allow RBG to host parties, workshops, and provide event rentals throughout the year, and offer an enriched experience for Garden visitors. Weddings

The Ruth Bancroft Garden features 3.5 acres of succulents and drought-tolerant plants that make for stunning photos and a one-of-a-kind setting for your special day.  Wedding receptions in the new Visitor and Education Center are limited to 80-100 seated guests depending on your desired table configuration.

Evening Parties and Corporate Events

The Garden is available for non-commercial use by individuals, businesses, corporations and nonprofit organizations with 501(c)3 status. Bring new life to your retreat, meeting, or business party.  Indoor events in the new Visitor and Education Center are limited to 80-100 seated guests depending on your desired table configuration.

Daytime Events

Small, 40 people or less, daytime events may also be arranged. Events must start no earlier than 10 a.m. and finish no later than 3 p.m. Daytime events are not available during the winter November – February, but this will change with the addition of the new Visitor & Education Center which will open in June 2019. Suitable for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, etc.
