Agave trompe l’oeil

The piece is composed of two cylindrical hand made planters (with drainage holes), one container a live agave and the other one has a mirror image made of hand-built and glazed ceramic of the live agave. “Trompe l’oeil” is a piece about mirroring the beauty of nature and tricking the eye to do a second take to see which is the natural and which is the ceramic.

Please note: Duplicates can be made, but each copy would have slight variations in shape, ceramic glaze drips, and coloring. All will be agaves.
