If you’re not happy with your plant, you may exchange it for
a new one, up to one year from the date of purchase.
In order to process your exchange, please provide the following.
1) The plant you want to exchange
2) Original legible receipt for the plant you’re exchanging
3) The plant’s barcode label from either the plant stake or the pot
Replacement plant must be chosen from current inventory stock.
Price differences will be issued in the form of store credit.
