Yoga Series- March 2020

Wednesday, March 11 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until Wednesday, March 18, 2020

$55 – $65

17 March 2020- This workshop has been postponed to a later date; date TBD.  (For those who are already signed up, you will receive an email from Alice Kitajima, Program Coordinator, on follow-up options.)

Start your day with a dose of mindfulness with certified yoga instructor, Kate Douglas. Within this hour-long yoga class, we will move the body at a slower pace, taking time to bring clarity and a sense of steadiness to the system. Be prepared to practice a gentler form of yoga to calm the mind, energize the system, and ease stress.

All levels welcome, but ability to get up and down from the floor is required.

Participants will need to bring their own yoga mats; we recommend two mats for those that may need some extra cushioning on the concrete floors in the new Visitor & Education Center.

This is a 3-part series: March 4, 11, 18 (Wednesdays) from 9am-10am.  The registration fee will cover all three classes.

Cancellations up to 1-week prior to a class are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 1-week prior to a class are non-refundable. The Ruth Bancroft Garden does not issue credits for future classes.
