(Workshop) Garden iPhoneography

Wednesday, July 20 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

$35.00 – $45.00

Please note that this is a two-part series; an in-person workshop at the Garden and a Zoom session.

Take your iPhone (or Android) to the next level and elevate your smartphone skills by exploring the powerful photography abilities in the Garden during the annual Sculpture Exhibit in this two-part workshop. Led by John Ricca and Richard Valenti, you’ll learn about shooting techniques and strategies to capture the perfect shot.  This will be a special, after hours, opportunity to take photos in the Garden with the magical ‘golden lighting.’

Part 1 (20 July 2022 @ 6:30-8:30pm) is an in-person workshop at the Garden and will include a short, introductory lecture. The students will be allowed to roam-and-shoot in the Garden and will have an opportunity to have 1:1 with the instructors during this time.

Part 2 (27 July 2022 @ 5-6pm) will be a Zoom session with the two instructors and students will have a chance to have their photos critiqued/edited.  Each student will be able to pre-submit up to three photos.  The session will be recorded for those unable to attend.
