(Webinar) Landscape Design as a Career
Saturday, August 31 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am$15.00 – $32.00
Creating beautiful and long-lasting successful garden spaces take more than just having an eye for detail and a creative vision; practical expertise in fundamental design principles, horticultural knowledge and many other skill sets are critical to success when creating residential or commercial outdoor spaces. Join us for a discussion on pursuing a career in this field and the different ways you can be a designer (ex. landscape contractor, maintenance gardener, garden coach, consultant, landscape architect, etc.) and what the legal parameters are for each option.
Please note that this will be a live Zoom lecture and not a lecture at the Garden. After registration (see below), you’ll receive a Zoom link and lecture outline from the Program Director one day prior to the lecture. Registration will open 16 Jan 2024 and close on 31 August at 8am. This class is part of the Dry Garden Design Certificate Program series.
How it works: Register one person with one email at a time. If you would like to register multiple people, please register them each separately with separate emails. The webinar will be recorded and all registrants will receive a recording link within one business day. Once the recording is sent, you will have seven days to watch the lecture. Access to the webinar recordings after the expiration date will be a charge of $15 (members) / $32 (non-members).
