(Webinar) Essential Succulents in Dry Gardens
Wednesday, March 31 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 amFree – $20
Please note that this will be a live, webinar workshop (offered via Zoom) and not a lecture at the Garden. After registration (see below), you will receive further instructions from the Program Director prior to the workshop date. Registration will close on 31 March 2020 at 8am. This class is part of the Dry Garden Design Certificate program series as an Elective Course (Horticulture).
When thinking of a garden with low water requirements, people tend to think of sun-loving plants, including succulents such as cacti and aloes. In this presentation, the first portion will be presented by Brian Kemble, Curator, who will talk about successful succulents in the Ruth Bancroft Garden. The second portion will feature Cricket Riley, in-house Landscape Designer, who will talk about how to incorporate succulents into a successful garden design.
How it works: Register one person with one email at a time. If you would like to register multiple people, please register them each separately with separate emails. Registered attendees will receive a Zoom link by email from the Program Director one day prior to the lecture. Simply click the link at the webinar start time to join! The webinar will be recorded and all registrants will receive the recording via email within one business day. Once the recording is sent, you will have seven days to watch. After that time, the recording will expire. Access to the webinar recordings after the expiration date will be a charge of $15 (members)/$20 (non-members).
