(Webinar) Dry Garden Botanical Terminology
Saturday, March 30 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am$15.00 – $32.00
Botanical names can stump even the most seasoned horticulturists. Understanding Latin nomenclature is an important tool for plant lovers and garden designers, as it’s a universally understood system for identifying and communicating about plant species. Common plant names can cause confusion and can vary regionally. With a focus on dry garden plants, you’ll learn about the etymology and proper pronunciation of botanical names in this webinar.
Please note that this will be a live Zoom lecture and not a lecture at the Garden.
