(webinar) Basic Design Principles- Planting Summer Texture (Part 2- Care & Maintenance)

Saturday, June 27 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

$10 – $15

Please note that this will be a live, webinar workshop (offered via Zoom) and not a lecture at the garden. After registration (see below), you will receiver further instructions from the Program Coordinator prior to the workshop date. Registration will close on 27 June 2020 at 8am.

Taking care of prickly plants can be daunting.  We will look at common pests, pruning techniques, fertilization, watering and other considerations for the agaves, cacti and yucca in your garden.  Many of these plants are fairly easy to take care of when you know what to look for and how to approach them.

With our Basic Design Principles series, Cricket Riley (Landscape Design Consultant from RBG Nursery) will cover many of the different factors you need to consider and help you navigate the process of refurbishing a bed or designing a whole new garden.
