Join Brian K., long-time Curator of the Ruth Bancroft Garden, for a virtual Garden tour that will highlight a variety of the edible cactus fruits, palm fruits and other delectable items that grow in the Garden as well as in Ruth’s private garden. The 50-minute virtual tour will include a tutorial on how to safely harvest and clean Opuntia (prickly pear) fruit.
