Curators Brian Kemble and Walker Young grow a wide assortment of succulent plants at a greenhouse in Richmond, including agaves, aloes, echeverias, cacti and lots more, most of them grown from seed. Many specimens grown there have found their way into the plantings at the Ruth Bancroft Garden. Stop by for this special event – there will be lots of rare species as well as unique hybrids available for sale!  This pop-up sale will take place on our Plaza and is FREE to attend.

In order of occurrence; Gymnocalycium horridispinum ssp. achirasense, Aloe ferox (white), Ferocactus latispinus, Echeveria colorata  ‘Volcan Tequila’, and Cyrtanthus obliquus.
