Join long-time curator Brian Kemble for the kickoff webinar in the Exploring the Garden Series. During this engaging talk, Brian will share the garden’s origin story, beginning with the land’s place in California history, Ruth’s early experiments with the plant collection, and how the Garden has evolved over time into a inspiring example of climate-resilient gardening. He will also share how, as curator, he has continued to carry Ruth’s vision into the future, and how the organization has worked to bring the lessons of the Garden beyond our gates.

Please note: that this will be an online webinar with Curator Brian Kemble (offered via Zoom) not a lecture at the Garden. After registration (see below), you will receive instructions and a Zoom link one day prior to the lecture.

How it works: Register one person with one email at a time. If you would like to register multiple people, please register them each separately with separate emails.  The webinar will be recorded and all registrants will receive a recording link via email within one business day.  Once the recording is sent, you will have seven days to watch.  After that time, the recording will expire.  Access to the webinar recordings after the expiration date will be a charge of $20 (members)/$30 (non-members).
