Join us for a Sound Bath Meditation Journey at the Garden.

Come Experience Music Therapy with Crystal Singing Bowls in the Great Room at the Garden. The acoustics of the Great Room allow for a more immersive, meditative experience. Guests will have the opportunity to walk the Garden after the Sound Bath for 10 minutes.

Open to all who are ready to release and rejuvenate your mind, body + spirit.

You are welcome to sit up or lay down for this event.

Please bring a YOGA MAT + BLANKET, PILLOW (whatever you need to feel cozy + comfortable).

This event takes place after open Garden hours. We’d recommend arriving early to grab your spot and set up your yoga mat!

Cancellations up to one week prior to a program* or Garden event are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.  Cancellations less than one week prior to a program or a Garden event are non-refundable.  The Ruth Bancroft Garden does not issue credits for future programs or events.
