(Lecture) Lighting the Garden

Sunday, August 18 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free – $17.00
How we create the Garden of D’Lights (and how you can light your own garden)

Every winter, the Ruth Bancroft Garden transforms into a radiant wonderland with a mesmerizing array of lights and lasers, artfully arranged to highlight the natural beauty and unique features of the Garden. This year, we are eager to share some of our Garden of d’Lights secrets with the public and help you create your own winter wonderland at home.

Join us for an illuminating experience at the garden for this in-person lecture and take your lighting design skills to the next level! Led by the Garden’s chief lighting engineer, Earl Ruby, participants will learn about the art and science of lighting design. The class will emphasize creative techniques and practical applications, including the importance of creating ambiance and enhancing landscapes.

Cancellation and refund policy can be found here.
