This program is designed for children 18-36 months and offers a well-rounded curriculum that teaches basic plant knowledge, facilitates hands-on plant-based activities, and seasonal experiences exclusive to the Garden. Each session will include story time, a nature activity, a Garden walk, songs, and more! Our crafts are eco-friendly, using sustainable materials.

October’s class series will take place on October 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th and will focus on how we use plants in our daily lives. We eat plants and seeds but also use plants as clothes, paper, and furniture. The Garden Buds will have the opportunity to try some of the fruit growing in the Garden. The last class will be dress-up day and we will make a mask with paper marigold and nature material.

The price is per child for each event series, with the October Series consisting of 5 classes.

For non-members, the price covers admission to the Garden for 1 caregiver on the class dates. Each child can be accompanied by one caregiver. In the case of siblings, one caregiver can accompany two children. The pricing is on a per-child basis.
