Flowering Mesembs Garden Tour

Saturday, February 23 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Free
bright orange flowers on an ice plant at the ruth bancroft garden

The ice plant family (Aizoaceae) is a large group, mostly native to South Africa. A significant number of them are winter flowering and we have been testing these in the garden for the last several years to determine their adaptability in horticulture. This Members-only garden tour, led by Garden Curator, Brian Kemble, will feature some seldom grown plants in genera such as Cephalophyllum, Cheiridopsis and Aloinopsis.

This tour is sold out. To be put on the wait-list please email alice@ruthbancroftgarden.org.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations up to 1-week prior to a class are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 1-week prior to a class are non-refundable. The Ruth Bancroft Garden does not issue credits for future classes.
