This gentle, all-levels class invites you to move through calming yoga poses while surrounded by playful, adoptable kittens. As you stretch, breathe, and perhaps pause for a spontaneous kitten cuddle, you’ll feel your stress melt away and mind growing quiet enough to hear the purrs.

Led by a certified instructor, Marie Ramagli, this class encourages you to embrace your best “cat stretches,” stay present in your body, and enjoy the simple joy of connection – with yourself and these furry companions. After class, linger a little longer: spend time with the adoptable kittens/cats from Contra Costa Humane Society, check out some unique cat-themed merch and take a peaceful stroll through the Garden.

Participants must be 14 years or older. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
