Cancellation & Refund Policies for RBG Programs & Events
Cancellations up to one week prior to a program* or Garden event are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than one week prior to a program or a Garden event are non-refundable. The Ruth Bancroft Garden (RBG) does not issue credits for future programs or events.
If you are unable to attend a program, you may transfer your registration to an alternate participant; please contact education@ruthbancroftgarden.org immediately with an update about the alternative participant’s name and email address.
RBG reserves the right to cancel programs with insufficient registration, Garden closure or inclement weather. If a program is canceled, participants will be contacted by email and receive a full refund.
*A program can be: in-person workshop, webinar, lecture, DIY kit and/or off-site program. Please note: This policy does not apply to Garden of D’Lights. Garden of D’Lights is a rain or shine event and we do not offer refunds.
